It is no secret that the quality of your employees’ physical & mental health directly influences their happiness, performance, and work attendance. To this end, it is critical that employers establish workplace wellness strategies to build a responsive and productive workforce. assaya wellness spaces manifested in response to this need, to create spaces within the workplace for your employees to breathe, pray/meditate, reflect and rejuvenate their energy.

The Silent Cocoon

Cocoon yourself in calm and tranquility within our individualized silent pods for small offices with limited space. This wellness space allows for perceptual isolation with noise cancelling headphones (for absolute quiet or soft relaxing music), blackout eye masks and aroma therapy provisions. All spaces come with access to our complete library of wellness sounds (ranging from guided meditations, nature sounds, soft music, and a variety of culturally specific reflection music).

The Wellness Sanctuary

Our signature project, the wellness sanctuary, accommodates small to medium scale open space rooms and is geared towards restorative activities such as meditation/prayer, yoga, qi gong, stretching and more. Individual and small group activities are possible in this sound proof and intimate space which offers mats, a variety of wellness products, a surround sound speaker system, a full aroma therapy cabinet and our complete library of wellness sounds (as mentioned above). We curate this space in accordance to the needs of your staff (following the conduction of an extensive evaluation), along with the requests and capacity of the company and the expert assessment of our team. Patrons of the wellness sanctuary also have access to full our roster of wellness guides available for booking during your wellness days.

The Zen Forest

The Zen Forest is designed to accomodate the needs of larger businesses with a higher number of employees and departments being provided for. Environments like these will usually require a combination of multiple wellness rooms and cocoons throughout the building. Companies of this magnitude may opt for a whole wellness suite, equipped with an array of features customized to the needs of it's employees. For this option we conduct extensive surveys and assessments with both employees and the building space itself. All the benefits of the previous options are applied.
